At some point during 2020 we all realised that hosting a large destination wedding, or travelling to a dream location was going to be a little more challenging. However a global pandemic and having to put the big dream wedding on hold wasn’t going to stop these two lovers from exchanging their vows together with an intimate ceremony on a beautiful Island in the South Pacific, known as Waiheke. Elopements are an incredible way to celebrate love, and create something special that can be enjoyed now, leaving the bigger celebrations until later on when things open up again. We always feel so blessed to be a part of an elopement ceremony, and this stunning day was no exception. The luxurious Delamore Lodge was the selected venue for the occasion, followed by cake and champagne and a sweet photo session on the nearby coastal headland.
