Based on Waiheke Island, we draw on our deep connection to its unique landscape and venues to design spaces that feel effortless and entirely your own. Each concept is tailored to you from florals and colour palettes to stationery, lighting, and linens, every detail whispering the essence of your story.

My Waiheke Florals
We’re delighted to offer an in-house floristry service from 2026 onwards, exclusively available to our planning and styling clients. Our floral team works seamlessly alongside our design studio to ensure every detail, from the ceremony blooms to the table arrangements, feels effortlessly cohesive and beautifully considered. This optional service allows us to craft a truly unified aesthetic, where flowers, styling, and overall design are in harmony to reflect your unique vision.

ON THE DAY STYLING & SET UP

For couples who’ve carefully crafted their dream wedding but would love a little expert help bringing it all to life, our On the Day Styling and Set Up service is the perfect solution.

We start with a relaxed, one-on-one consultation where we dive into your wedding plans, decor ideas, and any logistical details you want to cover. Our experienced team takes the time to really understand your vision, so we can make sure every detail aligns perfectly with the atmosphere you're dreaming of for your big day.

Then, about a month out from the wedding, we’ll touch base again to review everything, make any final tweaks, and start coordinating with your chosen vendors. We’ll ensure everything flows smoothly and seamlessly on the day – so all you have to do is enjoy every moment!

ONLINE STYLING CONSULTATION

This is the ideal service for couples who are needing our creative ideas and experienced guidance. We offer a one-hour session to help you refine and bring the elements of your wedding or event together. This package is best suited to those without a stylist or planner. Topics typically covered include styling- with florals and signage, furniture and hire selections, colour palettes, table layout design and styling, lighting plans, logistics, run sheet and event flow, vendor recommendations, general event/ wedding advice.

Our team are all locally based on Waiheke, with an in-depth understanding of the Island’s various venues- what works best for what spaces, where to allocate your floral budget, and what key elements to consider with your special day. This service will be wrapped up in a cohesive design brief document sent to you following the meeting to help guide you along the journey.
